A Message From Our CEO
“Bottomline IT was founded in June 2015. We then acquired our first customer in 2016. Initially, we outsourced the service (BAAS and DRAAS) to a third party while building internal capacity. When that contract expired, we partnered with VEEAM as a strategic partner for BAAS and DRAAS, and this decision proved to be one of the best decisions, as our growth with VEEAM has been exponential. We started as a reseller, and today we are one of the few GOLD partners Veeam has in Africa.
At the same time, a strategic decision was made to invest in building our private cloud, which runs Veeam cloud service provider services and server hosting.

We believe in Agile Service Design with Outcome-Based SLAs and Experience-Centric Metrics (First-automation success rate, Employee productivity impact, and Experience-level agreements (XLAs) ITSM that’s focused on stakeholders’ needs. According to our Chief Service Delivery Officer, ITIL means driving value for stakeholders and delivering high-velocity IT. It is the foundation on which service delivery is built. When we match this with Infrastructure partners that can deliver, we have a winner. It gives us elements of trust, capability, Commitment, and Consistency.
